Refund & Return Policy

Because all store items are printed on demand through Printify, this Refund & Return Policy outlines the guidelines for returns, refunds, and reprints.


1. Print-on-Demand Production

All products are custom printed when you place an order.
As a result, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering mistakes
  • Buyer’s remorse

2. Eligible Issues (Refund or Reprint)

We will issue a free reprint or refund if your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Not as described
  • Lost in shipping

You must report the issue within 30 days of product delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the defect
  • Description of the problem
