- Printify’s defect-only refund policy applies
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
We do not have access to your full payment details.
By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to process your payment according to their terms of service.
6. External School Platform
The World of Personal Storytelling School & Community is hosted on a separate platform not operated through this Website.
Purchases for School membership, courses, or programs are governed by that platform’s terms, not these Terms.
We are not liable for:
- external site outages
- platform issues
- login problems
- purchases made outside of this Website
